高純硅酸三鈣礦物的制備及其早期水化特性

【摘要】:為制備高純度硅酸三鈣礦物并研究其早期水化特性,采用溶膠-凝膠法制備硅酸三鈣單礦,通過X射線衍射、掃描電鏡、差熱分析以及乙二醇-乙醇法、激光粒度分析等測試手段,研究制備高純硅酸三鈣的最佳工藝以及其早期水化特性。結果表明:制備高純硅酸三鈣的最佳預燒溫度為540℃,最佳煅燒溫度為1 450℃并保溫12 h;制備的硅酸三鈣樣品中游離CaO質(zhì)量分數(shù)為0.2%,平均粒徑為9.67μm,比表面積為15.16 cm~2/kg;硅酸三鈣具有良好的水化活性,早期水化產(chǎn)物C-S-H微觀形貌的演變規(guī)律是花瓣狀—片狀—片層纖維,另一水化產(chǎn)物Ca(OH)_2發(fā)生了擇優(yōu)取向,沿著(001)晶面定向生長。
[Abstract]:In order to prepare high purity tricalcium silicate minerals and study their early hydration characteristics, tricalcium silicate monoliths were prepared by sol-gel method, and were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, differential thermal analysis and ethanol-ethanol method. The optimum technology of preparing high purity tricalcium silicate and its early hydration characteristics were studied by means of laser particle size analysis. The results show that the optimum precalcination temperature for the preparation of high purity tricalcium silicate is 540 鈩,
