鎳渣基泡沫玻璃的制備及其性能研究

【摘要】:以鎳渣和廢玻璃作為主要原料,使用Na_2CO_3為發(fā)泡劑,采用模具裝填法來燒制泡沫玻璃。研究了鎳渣的摻量、發(fā)泡劑摻量、發(fā)泡溫度和發(fā)泡時間對泡沫玻璃的氣孔結構和相關力學性能的影響。研究表明:鎳渣摻量減少,Na_2CO_3摻量增加和發(fā)泡溫度的升高,均會降低泡沫玻璃的體積密度,提高樣品的平均氣孔直徑;鎳渣摻量對泡沫玻璃的組成成分和晶體種類沒有明顯的影響;以20%鎳渣和80%玻璃粉為主料,5%~7%Na_2CO_3為發(fā)泡劑,在發(fā)泡溫度870℃下保溫60 min,可以制備出氣孔率為85.14%,體積密度為0.3715 g/cm~3,抗折強度為2.062 MPa,平均氣孔直徑在3.13 mm的鎳渣基泡沫玻璃。
[Abstract]:Nickel slag and waste glass were used as main raw materials, Na_2CO_3 was used as foaming agent, mold filling method was used to make foamed glass. The effects of the amount of nickel slag, the amount of foaming agent, foaming temperature and foaming time on the pore structure and related mechanical properties of foamed glass were studied. The results show that the volume density of foamed glass will be decreased and the average pore diameter of the sample will be increased with the increase of the addition of nickel slag and the increase of foaming temperature. The content of nickel slag has no obvious influence on the composition and crystal type of foamed glass, and 20% nickel slag and 80% glass powder are used as main materials.
