焙燒溫度對植物纖維頁巖燒結(jié)微孔磚性能的影響

【摘要】:通過測試植物纖維頁巖燒結(jié)微孔磚在不同燒成溫度以及不同保溫時(shí)間下的質(zhì)量損失率、燒成收縮率、抗壓強(qiáng)度、顯氣孔率等性質(zhì),分析溫度對頁巖燒結(jié)微孔磚性能的影響規(guī)律并確定了適宜頁巖燒結(jié)微孔磚的最佳燒成制度。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:隨著燒成溫度的升高,抗壓強(qiáng)度和顯氣孔率增大,在950℃時(shí)抗壓強(qiáng)度達(dá)到最高,繼續(xù)升溫,抗壓強(qiáng)度反而呈下降趨勢;適當(dāng)?shù)谋貢r(shí)間可以使磚體內(nèi)部骨架更為堅(jiān)實(shí),抗壓強(qiáng)度有所提高。
[Abstract]:The mass loss rate, sintering shrinkage rate, compressive strength, apparent porosity and so on of sintered microporous bricks of plant fiber shale under different firing temperature and different holding time were tested.The effect of temperature on the properties of shale sintered microporous brick was analyzed and the optimum sintering system of shale sintered microporous brick was determined.The results show that the compressive strength and apparent porosity increase with the increase of sintering temperature, the compressive strength reaches the highest at 950 鈩,
