新型非插入式流量測量原理的研究

【摘要】:非插入式流量檢測方法在不破壞系統(tǒng)工作狀態(tài)的情況下,可對化工生產(chǎn)進行流量測量以及化工管道系統(tǒng)故障診斷、故障定位。該非插入式測量方法利用變形法原理,采用應變測量技術(shù)測量重力場下流體對管道作用產(chǎn)生的應變,推導出應變率與質(zhì)量流量的關(guān)系;結(jié)合彈性力學和材料力學推導出管壁應變差與質(zhì)量流量存在典型的線性關(guān)系;然后運用Workbench建立仿真模型并通過單向流固耦合的仿真方法,對理論計算進行驗證;最后在管路綜合特性實驗臺布置應變片連接到uT7110Y靜態(tài)應變儀,記錄相應數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)擬合結(jié)果說明應變差與質(zhì)量流量具有很好的線性關(guān)系,能夠利用該特性進行非插入式質(zhì)量流量的測量。
[Abstract]:The non-plugged flow detection method can be used to measure the flow of chemical industry without destroying the working state of the system, and to diagnose and locate the fault of chemical pipeline system. The non-inserted flow detection method utilizes the principle of deformation method. Strain measurement technique is used to measure the strain produced by fluid acting on pipeline under gravity field, and the relationship between strain rate and mass flow rate is deduced, and a typical linear relationship between tube wall strain difference and mass flow rate is deduced by combining elastic mechanics and material mechanics. Then the simulation model is established by Workbench and the theoretical calculation is verified by unidirectional fluid-solid coupling simulation method. Finally, strain gauges are connected to the uT7110Y static strain gauge on the pipe comprehensive characteristic test bench, and the corresponding data are recorded. The results of data fitting show that the strain difference has a good linear relationship with the mass flow rate, and it can be used to measure the non-inserted mass flow rate.
