調凝劑對普通硅酸鹽水泥水化及交流阻抗行為的影響

【摘要】:目前,在諸多水泥水化研究技術中,基于電化學性質對水泥凝結硬化過程進行研究極具前景。直流法或單頻阻抗法研究漿體硬化過程中電導率變化缺乏準確性,交流阻抗法可以分離漿體效應和電極效應,從而消除界面間的極化反應,故交流阻抗法可以獲得更多準確有用的信息。本文研究的目的在于探究EDTA和無水碳酸鈉對普通硅酸鹽水泥水化過程的作用機理,并將交流阻抗法用于對普通硅酸鹽水泥水化的研究,建立電化學參數與傳統(tǒng)水化參數間的聯系,為交流阻抗法在水泥水化研究中的應用打下基礎。本文主要研究了EDTA、無水碳酸鈉兩種調凝劑對普通硅酸鹽水泥水化過程的影響規(guī)律,主要對其抗壓強度、凝結時間、水化程度、化學收縮和水化熱等水化參數進行了測定,并利用ICP對通過壓榨法獲得的孔溶液離子濃度進行測定,隨后利用DTA-TG和XRD兩種研究方法研究了EDTA和無水碳酸鈉對水化產物的影響情況,在微觀層面上研究EDTA和無水碳酸鈉對普通硅酸鹽水泥水化過程的影響,最后對EDTA、無水碳酸鈉對普通硅酸鹽水泥水化的作用機理進行了闡述。隨后,用交流阻抗法對普通硅酸鹽水泥水化過程進行了研究。首先,對摻不同調凝劑的水泥水化全過程進行了交流阻抗周期性測試,然后選用顧平提出的等效電路對測得的交流阻抗譜進行了擬合,并對獲得的擬合數據進行了初步分析;在此基礎上,利用交流阻抗譜獲得了水泥體積電阻率,并根據電阻率變化曲線將水泥水化分成5個階段,并進一步研究了EDTA和無水碳酸鈉對水泥電阻率的影響情況。最后,本文將傳統(tǒng)水化研究方法與交流阻抗法的測試結果進行了比較,探討了水泥電阻率與抗壓強度、凝結時間、水化程度、化學收縮及水化熱等水化參數間的聯系;在此基礎上,欲拓展交流阻抗技術在水泥水化方面的應用范圍。
[Abstract]:At present, in many cement hydration research technique, electrochemical properties of the cement setting and hardening process of promising. Based on the DC method or single frequency impedance method to study the slurry hardening process of conductivity changes lack of accuracy, separation effect and paste electrode effect can be AC impedance method, so as to eliminate the polarization response of interface, so AC impedance method can obtain more accurate and useful information. The purpose of this study is to explore the mechanism of EDTA and anhydrous sodium carbonate on Portland cement hydration process, and will be used for research on Portland cement hydration AC impedance method, establish the electrochemical parameters and the traditional water parameter relation, lay the foundation for the application of AC impedance method in study of cement hydration. This paper mainly studies EDTA, anhydrous sodium carbonate two retarder of Portland cement hydration process of the impact of regulation The law, mainly on the compressive strength, setting time, hydration degree, chemical shrinkage and hydration heat of hydration parameters were measured, and the determination of the ion concentration in pore solution obtained by pressing the ICP, followed by DTA-TG and XRD two kinds of research methods to study EDTA impact on water and anhydrous sodium carbonate the product, the effect of EDTA and anhydrous sodium carbonate on Portland cement hydration process in the micro level, at the end of EDTA, the mechanism of anhydrous sodium carbonate to Portland cement hydration were discussed. Then, the hydration process of Portland cement was studied by AC impedance method firstly. In addition, different adjustable flocculences cement hydration process of AC impedance periodic testing, then the equivalent circuit of the Gu Ping measured AC impedance spectra are fitted, and the fitting data obtained A preliminary analysis; on this basis, using the impedance spectra obtained the volume resistivity of cement, and the cement hydration is divided into 5 stages according to the resistivity curve, and further study of EDTA and anhydrous sodium carbonate cement to the resistivity. Finally, a comparison of the test results in this paper, the traditional research method and water AC impedance method, resistivity and compressive strength of cement, setting time, hydration degree, chemical shrinkage and hydration heat of hydration parameter relations; on this basis, to expand the AC impedance technology in cement hydration application.
