經(jīng)編間隔織物增強(qiáng)泡沫混凝土的力學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:采用一種具有三維中空結(jié)構(gòu)的經(jīng)編間隔織物增強(qiáng)泡沫混凝土,并對(duì)經(jīng)編間隔織物進(jìn)行不同方式的樹(shù)脂浸漬處理,得到4種不同的增強(qiáng)材料,研究不同增強(qiáng)材料對(duì)泡沫混凝土力學(xué)性能的影響。研究表明,增強(qiáng)材料的加入對(duì)泡沫混凝土的密度及吸水率沒(méi)有明顯影響,但顯著提高了泡沫混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度和彎曲強(qiáng)度。其中,以經(jīng)編間隔織物整體浸漬樹(shù)脂作為增強(qiáng)體對(duì)泡沫混凝土的增強(qiáng)增韌效果最明顯,抗壓強(qiáng)度和彎曲強(qiáng)度分別提高了128.4%和553.8%。同時(shí),由于經(jīng)編間隔織物經(jīng)緯向紗線(xiàn)密度的差異,造成復(fù)合材料的彎曲強(qiáng)度存在各向異性。經(jīng)編間隔織物提高了泡沫混凝土的抗變形能力,改善了泡沫混凝土的破壞模式。
[Abstract]:A kind of warp knitted spacer reinforced foam concrete with three dimensional hollow structure was used. Four kinds of reinforcing materials were obtained by different resin impregnation of warp knitted spacer fabric. The effects of different reinforced materials on the mechanical properties of foamed concrete are studied. The results show that the addition of reinforced materials has no obvious effect on the density and water absorption of foamed concrete. But the compressive strength and flexural strength of foamed concrete were significantly improved. The compressive strength and bending strength are increased by 128.4% and 553.8.The density of warp and weft yarns of warp knitted spacers is different, The flexural strength of composites is anisotropic and warp knitted spacer fabric can improve the deformation resistance of foam concrete and the failure mode of foam concrete.
