表面修飾親水性納米二氧化硅的超疏水復(fù)合膜制備

【摘要】:含氟丙烯酸酯樹脂涂層具有好的疏水性能和其他優(yōu)異的性能,因此有很大的潛在應(yīng)用價(jià)值。然而聚合物涂層通常機(jī)械性能與耐受性不佳,因此限制了其在實(shí)際中的應(yīng)用。本課題旨在制備一種超疏水涂料不僅可經(jīng)固化交聯(lián)后提高涂膜性能,還可通過涂層表面的NCO基團(tuán)與改性二氧化硅表面的羧基反應(yīng),從而改性二氧化硅與疏水涂層結(jié)合力,使其能在油水分離中得到較好的應(yīng)用。為此,本文主要工作內(nèi)容如下:首先,選擇甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEMA)為共聚單體,以Cu Cl/PMDETA(五甲基二乙烯三胺)為催化體系,使用ATRP法制備可交聯(lián)型含氟嵌段共聚物P(MMA-HEMA-BA)-b-FMA,將其溶解在混合溶劑中并加入固化劑構(gòu)筑了超疏水涂層。研究中探討了混合溶劑中的體積比,固化劑L75的加入量以及成膜溫度對(duì)涂層的疏水性和機(jī)械性能的影響及機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:將0.04g含氟嵌段共聚物P(MMA-HEMA-BA)-b-FMA溶解于體積比為670/30的一定體積的氫氟醚與丙酮混合溶劑中,加入0.02g固化劑L75,在20℃下固化成膜,可構(gòu)筑疏水角為153.2±2.1°,附著力和硬度分別為2級(jí)和3H的超疏水涂層。利用掃描電鏡(SEM)和原子力顯微鏡(AFM)觀察涂膜的表面形貌。研究表明含氟嵌段共聚物能在混合溶劑中經(jīng)過自組裝過程能形成微納米結(jié)構(gòu)的粗糙結(jié)構(gòu)。采用ATRP聚合法制備出親水性可交聯(lián)型PAA/納米二氧化硅,其表面接枝聚丙烯酸叔丁酯的接枝率為55.8%,APTMOS用量為m(APTMOS)/m(Si O2)=4時(shí)APTMOS/納米二氧化硅的粒徑為32.7nm。采用簡(jiǎn)單的浸漬涂膜的方式制備了親水-超疏水復(fù)合膜,并掃描電子顯微鏡初步表征了親水-疏水復(fù)合涂層的表面形貌。結(jié)果表明PAA/納米二氧化硅粒子能分布在疏水涂層表面從而制得親水-疏水復(fù)合膜。
[Abstract]:Fluorinated acrylate resin coatings have good hydrophobic properties and other excellent properties, so they have great potential application value. However, polymer coatings are usually poor in mechanical properties and resistance. The purpose of this paper is to prepare a superhydrophobic coating which can not only improve the film performance after curing and crosslinking, but also react with the carboxyl group on the surface of modified silica by the NCO group on the surface of the coating. Therefore, the modified silica and hydrophobic coating can be well applied in oil-water separation. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, Methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA) and hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) were selected as comonomers, and Cu Cl / PMDETA (pentadiethylenetriamine) was used as catalyst system. The crosslinked fluorine-containing block copolymer PnMMA-HEMA-BAN-b-FMAwas prepared by ATRP method. The superhydrophobic coating was prepared by dissolving it in the mixed solvent and adding the curing agent. The volume ratio of the mixed solvent was discussed. The effect and mechanism of the addition of curing agent L75 and film forming temperature on the hydrophobicity and mechanical properties of the coating were investigated. The results showed that 0.04g fluorine-containing block copolymer PnMMA-HEMA-BAN-b-FMA was dissolved in a mixed solvent of hydrofluoroether and acetone with a volume ratio of 670/30. After adding 0.02g curing agent L75, the film was solidified at 20 鈩,
