【摘要】：準(zhǔn)確測(cè)定甲基磺酸錫電鍍液中甲基磺酸的含量對(duì)鍍錫板穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)和電鍍液老化評(píng)價(jià)有著重要意義。采用BEH Amide色譜柱(3.0×150mm,1.7μm),以0.010mol/L乙酸銨乙腈溶液-0.010mol/L乙酸銨水溶液(體積比為80∶20)為流動(dòng)相,控制流速為0.40mL/min,建立了超高效液相色譜法測(cè)定甲基磺酸錫電鍍液中甲基磺酸含量的方法。干擾試驗(yàn)表明:甲基磺酸錫電鍍液中其他共存組分對(duì)甲基磺酸的測(cè)定均沒有干擾。在甲基磺酸質(zhì)量濃度為1.00~10.00mL/L范圍內(nèi),甲基磺酸質(zhì)量濃度的對(duì)數(shù)與其峰面積的對(duì)數(shù)呈線性關(guān)系,線性相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.999 6。將實(shí)驗(yàn)方法應(yīng)用于甲基磺酸錫電鍍液實(shí)際樣品中甲基磺酸的測(cè)定,測(cè)得結(jié)果的相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD,n=11)為0.79%~1.2%,加標(biāo)回收率為99%~102%。按照甲基磺酸錫電鍍液配方體系配制甲基磺酸錫電鍍液合成樣品,并采用實(shí)驗(yàn)方法進(jìn)行測(cè)定,測(cè)定值與理論值相符。
[Abstract]:Accurate determination of methanesulfonic acid in tin methanesulfonate electroplating solution is of great significance for the stable production of tin plating plate and the evaluation of ageing of plating solution. The BEH Amide column is used to determine the content of methanesulfonic acid in the electroplating solution of 3.0 脳 150mm ~ 1.7 渭 m ~ (-1) 渭 m 路m ~ (-1) with 0.010 mol / L ammonium acetate acetonitrile solution -0.010 mol / L ammonium acetate aqueous solution (volume). In the range of 1.00 渭 m L / L of methyl sulfonic acid, The logarithm of mass concentration of methyl sulfonic acid is linear with the logarithm of its peak area, and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.999 6. The method has been applied to the determination of methyl sulfonic acid in practical samples of tin methanesulfonate electroplating solution. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the measured results is 0.79 ~ 1.2and the recovery rate is 99 ~ 102.The synthetic sample of tin methanesulfonate electroplating solution is prepared according to the formula system of tin methanesulfonate electroplating solution, and the measured value is in agreement with the theoretical value.
