【摘要】:運用硅烷偶聯(lián)劑KH580對玻璃纖維表面進(jìn)行改性,采用化學(xué)鍍的方法制得銀包覆的玻璃纖維導(dǎo)電材料。對其工藝進(jìn)行研究并利用X射線衍射(XRD)表征樣品的物相結(jié)構(gòu),掃描電鏡(SEM)表征微觀形貌,實驗結(jié)果表明巰基改性玻璃纖維鍍層均勻致密。當(dāng)硝酸銀濃度為15g/L、葡萄糖濃度為23.8g/L、化學(xué)鍍溫度為50℃、化學(xué)鍍時間為70min時,制得的銀包覆玻璃纖維導(dǎo)電材料導(dǎo)電性能較好,電導(dǎo)率為9.26×105S/m。
[Abstract]:Silane coupling agent KH580 was used to modify the surface of glass fiber. Silver coated glass fiber conductive material was prepared by electroless plating. The process was studied and the phase structure of the sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to characterize the microstructure of glass fiber coating. The results showed that the coating was uniform and dense, when silver nitrate concentration was 15g / L, glucose concentration was 23.8g / L, electroless plating temperature was 50 鈩,
