微生物燃料電池修復石油污染鹽堿土壤

【摘要】:生物電化學技術修復石油污染土壤并同步產出電能是一種新興的污染土壤生態(tài)修復技術。對石油污染土壤通過其微生物燃料電池的構造,利用電化學阻抗譜分析了土壤的歐姆內阻,擬合估算了土壤的電導率,并考察了土壤微生物燃料電池的產電性能和修復效果。結果表明:采用丙酮清洗過的陽極并有水封的情況下,土壤微生物燃料電池的歐姆內阻下降了52%,電導率升高了1倍;在啟動后的120 h內,最大電壓和累計產出電量分別達189 m V和36 C,與對照相比分別增加了20和29倍。輸出電壓隨著陰極與陽極之間距離的增大而減小。經(jīng)過30 d的生物電化學處理,土壤中的總石油烴去除率是開路對照的3.3倍。該研究是石油污染鹽堿土壤生物電化學修復的初步探索,以為污染土壤的生態(tài)修復提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:Bioelectrochemical remediation of petroleum-contaminated soil and synchronous production of electric energy is a new ecological remediation technology for oil-contaminated soil. The ohmic internal resistance of soil was analyzed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and the conductivity of soil was estimated by fitting. The results showed that the ohmic resistance of soil microbial fuel cell decreased 52% and the conductivity increased by 1 times when the anode cleaned by acetone and water seal was used. Within 120 hours after startup, The maximum voltage and accumulative output power reached 189 MV and 36 C respectively, which were 20 and 29 times higher than those of the control, respectively. The output voltage decreased with the increase of the distance between cathode and anode, and was treated with bioelectrochemistry for 30 days. The removal rate of total petroleum hydrocarbon in soil is 3.3 times that of open-circuit control. This study is a preliminary exploration of bioelectrochemical remediation of saline-alkali soil contaminated by petroleum and provides a new idea for ecological remediation of contaminated soil.
