微重力條件下中空纖維膜式水氣分離器分離性能研究

【摘要】:主要研究中長(zhǎng)期載人航天任務(wù)中微重力條件下的膜法水氣分離問(wèn)題,以中空纖維超濾膜為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)自行設(shè)計(jì)的微重力條件下地面試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)對(duì)膜式水氣分離器的分離性能進(jìn)行研究,考察阻力降、水/氣體積比和重力等因素對(duì)水氣分離器分離性能的影響.研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在一定操作條件下,膜通量隨著阻力降的升高或者水/氣體積比的增大而增大;重力對(duì)分離過(guò)程無(wú)明顯影響.中空纖維超濾膜具有在微重力條件下進(jìn)行水氣分離的能力,為膜式水氣分離器在載人航天中應(yīng)用提供支持.
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the separation of water and gas by membrane method under microgravity condition in long-term manned spaceflight missions, which is based on hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane. The separation performance of membrane water gas separator was studied by the ground test system under microgravity condition. The effects of resistance drop, water / gas volume ratio and gravity on the separation performance of water gas separator were investigated. Under certain operating conditions, the membrane flux increases with the increase of resistance drop or the increase of water / gas volume ratio, and gravity has no obvious effect on the separation process. The hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane has the ability to separate water and gas under microgravity. It provides support for the application of membrane water gas separator in manned spaceflight.
