焙燒工藝對(duì)磁選提純氧化鐵的影響

【摘要】:以城市生活垃圾焚燒爐渣中的廢鐵表層氧化鐵鱗為原料,通過粉碎-焙燒和磁選工藝提純,制取工業(yè)合格的氧化鐵原料,并研究了焙燒、磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度、粉末粒度等試驗(yàn)條件對(duì)磁選效果的影響.結(jié)果表明,在還原溫度為750?C、還原時(shí)間為60 min、木炭質(zhì)量配比為7%,磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度為0.10和0.08 T的條件下進(jìn)行二次磁選,可以獲得品位67.61%、鐵回收率85.17%的氧化鐵精粉.
[Abstract]:Iron oxide scale on the surface of waste iron from municipal solid waste incinerator slag was used as raw material to prepare industrial qualified iron oxide raw material by means of crushing roasting and magnetic separation process. The roasting and magnetic field intensity were studied. The effect of powder particle size and other experimental conditions on the magnetic separation efficiency is studied. The results show that the reduction temperature is 750? When the reduction time is 60 min, the charcoal mass ratio is 7, the magnetic field intensity is 0.10 and 0.08T, the grade of 67.61% can be obtained. Iron recovery of 85.17%% iron oxide powder.
