基于TNT當(dāng)量法的儲罐內(nèi)爆壓力簡化計算與應(yīng)力分析

【摘要】:以立式拱頂儲罐為研究對象,綜合考慮儲罐內(nèi)氣體容積與幾何結(jié)構(gòu)的影響:依據(jù)TNT當(dāng)量法推導(dǎo)了內(nèi)爆載荷下儲罐超壓計算公式并計算得到了儲罐內(nèi)不同起爆點下的超壓分布曲線.當(dāng)起爆點在儲罐中軸線時,罐頂或罐底壓力約為相反側(cè)的6倍;當(dāng)起爆點在靠近罐壁一側(cè)時,靠近爆炸點一側(cè)的罐頂或罐底壓力約為相反側(cè)的30倍.最后,通過儲罐內(nèi)爆載荷下的動力學(xué)仿真計算,對儲罐在不同起爆點和不同液位的破壞情況進行了評定.有限元計算結(jié)果表明:儲罐在操作過程中應(yīng)控制其液位在半罐以上,可保證在任意起爆點位置罐頂均先與罐底發(fā)生破壞.
[Abstract]:The vertical dome storage tank is taken as the research object. Considering the influence of gas volume and geometric structure in the tank:. According to the TNT equivalent method, the formula for calculating the overpressure of the storage tank under the implosion load is derived, and the distribution curve of the overpressure under different initiation points in the tank is obtained, when the ignition point is in the central axis of the tank. The pressure on the top or bottom of the tank is about 6 times that of the opposite side. When the initiation point is near the side of the tank wall, the pressure on the top or bottom of the tank near the side of the explosion point is about 30 times that of the opposite side. Finally, the dynamic simulation of the tank under the implosion load is carried out. The failure of the tank at different initiation points and different liquid levels is evaluated. The finite element calculation results show that the liquid level of the storage tank should be controlled above the half tank during operation. It can be guaranteed that the top of the tank is destroyed with the bottom of the tank at any starting point.
