利用粉煤灰制備高純氧化鋁新技術(shù)

【摘要】:粉煤灰是火力發(fā)電廠排放的固體廢棄物,實(shí)現(xiàn)高鋁粉煤灰的高附加值利用是行業(yè)的研究熱點(diǎn)。研究了硫酸氫銨溶液浸出粉煤灰制備高純氧化鋁的工藝技術(shù),結(jié)合SEM、XRD等手段對(duì)獲得的產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明,通過(guò)調(diào)整相應(yīng)的工藝參數(shù)可獲得片狀、條狀等形貌的氧化鋁前軀體產(chǎn)物。前軀體在500℃條件下煅燒4 h可獲得比表面積為571.32 m~2/g、孔體積為0.75 cm~3/g、孔徑尺寸為6.15 nm的介孔氧化鋁。隨著煅燒溫度的升高,氧化鋁顆粒趨于球形轉(zhuǎn)變。經(jīng)1200℃煅燒形成的氧化鋁粒徑大約為60 nm,純度≥99.92%。獲得的氧化鋁產(chǎn)品可用做催化劑載體材料、復(fù)合材料、精細(xì)陶瓷等領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:Fly ash is a kind of solid waste discharged from thermal power plant. It is a research hotspot to realize the high value-added utilization of high aluminum fly ash. The technology of leaching fly ash from fly ash by ammonium sulfate solution to prepare high purity alumina is studied in this paper. The obtained products were characterized by means of SEM and XRD.
