風(fēng)沙環(huán)境下混凝土受沖蝕損傷機(jī)理及評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的發(fā)展,混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)用日益廣泛,結(jié)構(gòu)在惡劣環(huán)境(比如沙塵暴、嚴(yán)寒、霜凍、酸、堿和鹽等)中遭受侵蝕或者腐蝕作用,使得結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性降低,服役期限縮短,致使結(jié)構(gòu)存在安全隱患,影響人們的正常使用。本文主要研究區(qū)域?yàn)閮?nèi)蒙古中西部沙漠地區(qū),該地區(qū)公路和橋梁等混凝土設(shè)施長(zhǎng)期受到沙塵暴自然災(zāi)害的影響,導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)的耐久性和安全性降低,嚴(yán)重影響結(jié)構(gòu)的使用壽命。本文在研究?jī)?nèi)蒙古中西部地區(qū)風(fēng)沙環(huán)境的特點(diǎn)和混凝土物理、力學(xué)性能和沖蝕接觸力學(xué)行為及其理論的基礎(chǔ)上,采用氣流挾沙噴射試驗(yàn)方法,研究了混凝土的沖蝕磨損量或沖蝕率在不同強(qiáng)度和不同風(fēng)沙環(huán)境沖蝕參數(shù)下的關(guān)系,得出混凝土的沖蝕規(guī)律和沖蝕機(jī)理,結(jié)合混凝土和風(fēng)沙環(huán)境特征,提出了一種混凝土的沖蝕磨損量評(píng)價(jià)方法,該方法可評(píng)價(jià)混凝土受沖蝕磨損的程度,使得試驗(yàn)結(jié)果更具有實(shí)際意義。具體內(nèi)容如下:1.本文對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古中西部地區(qū)的風(fēng)沙氣象環(huán)境進(jìn)行了大量的研究,分析其特點(diǎn)后選擇風(fēng)沙沖蝕參數(shù)。結(jié)合內(nèi)蒙古中西部的氣候特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)混凝土的抗沖蝕試驗(yàn)工況,設(shè)計(jì)了三組不同強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的混凝土,進(jìn)行混凝土在不同強(qiáng)度和不同風(fēng)沙環(huán)境沖蝕參數(shù)的對(duì)比試驗(yàn)研究。2.采用氣流挾沙噴射法進(jìn)行混凝土抗沖蝕性能的試驗(yàn)研究,對(duì)研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,結(jié)果表明:(1)同強(qiáng)度混凝土的沖蝕率在相同條件下隨著風(fēng)沙流沖蝕角度的增大而增大,90°時(shí)達(dá)到最大;(2)同強(qiáng)度混凝土的沖蝕率在相同條件下隨著風(fēng)沙流沖蝕速度的提高而增大,并且二者近似成指數(shù)關(guān)系;(3)同強(qiáng)度混凝土的沖蝕率在相同條件下隨著下沙率的增大呈先增大后減小的趨勢(shì);(4)試驗(yàn)表明混凝土在沖蝕過程中沒有明顯的孕育期,但是有上升期和穩(wěn)定期。通過SEM掃描電鏡觀察了沖蝕損傷部位表面形貌,其破壞機(jī)理表現(xiàn)為:在低沖蝕角下破壞機(jī)制表現(xiàn)為類似表面劃傷破壞作用;在高沖蝕角下破壞機(jī)制表現(xiàn)為沖擊壓痕破碎作用。3.通過建立風(fēng)沙流粒子沖蝕磨損力學(xué)模型,在建立的力學(xué)模型基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行風(fēng)沙流作用下混凝土沖蝕磨損力學(xué)行為及其理論計(jì)算分析。4.本文提出了一種混凝土在風(fēng)沙環(huán)境下抗沖蝕磨損程度的評(píng)價(jià)方法以及相應(yīng)的評(píng)價(jià)公式,利用該評(píng)價(jià)計(jì)算公式分析了混凝土沖蝕磨損重量同沖蝕速度和沖蝕角度之間的關(guān)系,并把評(píng)價(jià)計(jì)算公式結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,證實(shí)了評(píng)價(jià)公式的可行性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy in China, the application of concrete structure is more and more widely, the structure in the harsh environment (such as sandstorm, cold, frost, acid, alkali and salt) in erosion or corrosion, the durability of the structure is reduced, the service period is shortened, resulting in structure safety hazards, affecting the normal use of the people. In this paper, the main research area for the western Inner Mongolia desert area, the area has long been the concrete facilities such as roads and bridges of sandstorm natural disasters, leading to the safety and durability of structure is reduced, seriously affect the structure of life. Based on the characteristics of the wind environment in central and western regions of Inner Mongolia and the physical and mechanical properties of concrete and foundation erosion mechanical behavior and contact theory, the sediment air injection test method, studied the concrete erosion or erosion rate in different intensity and The relationship between wind erosion parameters under the law, erosion and erosion mechanism of concrete is obtained, combining with the environmental characteristics of sand and concrete, put forward an evaluation method for the erosion wear of concrete, this method can evaluate the degree of erosion of concrete, the test result has more practical significance. The specific contents are as follows: 1. in the Midwest the sandstorm of Inner Mongolia meteorological environment made a lot of research and analysis of the characteristics of wind erosion parameters.
