藍(lán)寶石不同晶面軸向超聲振動(dòng)輔助磨削特性研究

【摘要】:選取藍(lán)寶石的A面、C面、M面及R面開展軸向超聲振動(dòng)輔助磨削試驗(yàn),并從磨削力、比磨削能、表面粗糙度及表面形貌等角度對(duì)比藍(lán)寶石四個(gè)晶面超聲振動(dòng)輔助磨削效果的差異。施加超聲振動(dòng)輔助磨削時(shí),藍(lán)寶石四個(gè)晶面的磨削力、比磨削能及表面粗糙度相對(duì)未施加超聲振動(dòng)時(shí)均有所減小,且工件表面損傷裂紋較小,表面質(zhì)量更好;藍(lán)寶石不同晶面在施加超聲振動(dòng)時(shí)的磨削力、比磨削能和表面粗糙度的減小比例不同,C面的減小比例最小,M面和A面的減小比例較大,R面的減小比例最大;超聲振動(dòng)輔助磨削藍(lán)寶石四個(gè)晶面時(shí),R面的改善效果最好,其次是M面和A面,C面的改善效果較差,這反映工件材料的脆性越大,超聲輔助磨削對(duì)加工質(zhì)量的改善效果越明顯。
[Abstract]:The axial ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding test was carried out on the A / C and R surfaces of sapphire, and the grinding force and grinding energy were compared. The effect of ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding on four crystal faces of sapphire is compared with the surface roughness and surface morphology. The grinding force of four crystal planes of sapphire is applied to the grinding with ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding. The specific grinding energy and surface roughness are both decreased when ultrasonic vibration is not applied, and the surface damage crack is smaller and the surface quality is better. The grinding force of different crystal faces of sapphire under ultrasonic vibration has different reduction ratio of grinding energy and surface roughness. The reduction ratio of C plane and A plane is smaller than that of A plane. The reduction ratio of R plane is the largest; Ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding of four crystal faces of sapphire has the best improvement effect on R plane, followed by M plane and A plane C plane, which reflects the greater brittleness of workpiece material. Ultrasonic assisted grinding is more effective in improving machining quality.
