【摘要】：以凹凸棒石尾礦中的蛋白石為原料,通過響應(yīng)面法優(yōu)化水熱堿溶制備水玻璃的工藝條件,在單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,以水玻璃模數(shù)和SiO_2浸出率的加權(quán)平均值為響應(yīng)值,根據(jù)Box-Behnken的中心組合實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)原理對(duì)反應(yīng)溫度、液固比、堿硅比(NaOH與SiO_2質(zhì)量比)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行方差分析和驗(yàn)證,分析了各因素的顯著性和交互作用.結(jié)果表明,最佳工藝條件為反應(yīng)溫度110℃,液固比6 mL/g,堿硅比4.05:10,該條件下水玻璃模數(shù)和SiO_2浸出率分別為2.85和81.4%,加權(quán)平均值最大,為76.1,模型相關(guān)系數(shù)R~2?0.9921,響應(yīng)曲面法模型與實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)一致性很好.
[Abstract]:Opal from attapulgite tailings was used as raw material, and the reaction surface method was used to optimize the process conditions of hydrothermal alkali dissolution to prepare sodium silicate. Taking the weighted average of water glass modulus and SiO_2 leaching rate as the response value, the reaction temperature and liquid-solid ratio were calculated according to the central experimental design principle of Box-Behnken.
