基于尿素選擇催化還原系統(tǒng)的氨覆蓋率非線性降維觀測(cè)器設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:針對(duì)尿素選擇性催化還原(urea-SCR)系統(tǒng)氨覆蓋率狀態(tài)變量不可測(cè)量問題,在輸入-狀態(tài)穩(wěn)定性理論(ISS)框架下設(shè)計(jì)了一款降維觀測(cè)器。為保證觀測(cè)器誤差動(dòng)態(tài)的魯棒性,將溫度、廢氣流量傳感器測(cè)量等模型誤差看作外部擾動(dòng),在ISS理論框架下進(jìn)行了分析。為了提高觀測(cè)器對(duì)噪聲的魯棒性并減少估計(jì)的靜態(tài)誤差,本文通過線性矩陣不等式(LMI)和凸優(yōu)化得到了盡可能小的觀測(cè)器增益。在enDYNA精確發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)模型的FTP75測(cè)試循環(huán)下進(jìn)行了瞬態(tài)仿真,與普通的機(jī)理觀測(cè)器對(duì)比表明,本文提出的降維觀測(cè)器對(duì)外界干擾和參數(shù)不確定性具有更強(qiáng)的魯棒性。
[Abstract]:The unmeasurable state variables of ammonia coverage in urea selective catalytic reduction (URA-SCR) system are discussed. A reduced-order observer is designed under the framework of the input-state stability theory (ISS). In order to ensure the robustness of the observer error, the model errors such as temperature and exhaust gas flow sensor measurement are regarded as external disturbances. In order to improve the robustness of the observer to the noise and reduce the static error of the estimation, the analysis is carried out under the framework of ISS theory. The observer gain is obtained as small as possible by linear matrix inequality (LMI) and convex optimization. The transient simulation is carried out under the FTP75 test cycle of the enDYNA precise engine model. Compared with the conventional mechanism observer, the reduced order observer presented in this paper is more robust to external disturbance and parameter uncertainty.
