適配體調(diào)控?fù)浇鸶焕障┨键c(diǎn)催化納米金反應(yīng)-分子光譜法測(cè)定砷、汞和鉛

以富勒烯做前驅(qū)物,采用微波法簡(jiǎn)便快速制備了摻金碳點(diǎn)(CDAu),并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)表征。實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)CDAu對(duì)葡萄糖還原氯金酸生成納米金(AuNP)這一納米反應(yīng)具有較強(qiáng)的催化作用,并用SERS、RRS、熒光對(duì)該納米反應(yīng)進(jìn)行了研究。在納米反應(yīng)體系中加入As(Ⅲ)核酸適配體(AptAs)后,碳點(diǎn)被適配體包裹,碳點(diǎn)催化作用減弱,導(dǎo)致生成的AuNP減少,其SERS強(qiáng)度減弱;當(dāng)加入靶分子As(Ⅲ)后與AptAs特異性結(jié)合,使CDAu得到釋放,使其催化活性恢復(fù),體系的SERS強(qiáng)度增強(qiáng),在一定范圍內(nèi),其增強(qiáng)程度與As(Ⅲ)濃度成線性關(guān)系,據(jù)此建立了一種簡(jiǎn)便快速測(cè)定0.04-0.23μg/L As(Ⅲ)的SERS定量分析新方法,檢出限為0.02μg/L。AptAs-As(Ⅲ)-CDAu2-葡萄糖-HAuCl4體系RRS和光度法測(cè)定As(Ⅲ)的線性范圍分別為0.06-0.38μg/L和0.03-0.2μg/L,檢出限分別為0.03μg/...
