ZnO/BiOI微球的合成及其光催化性能(英文)

通過一步溶劑熱法合成ZnO/BiOI納米復(fù)合材料,在Bi(NO3)3·6H2O、KI、ZnO和乙二醇(EG)溶劑中,制備出的樣品尺寸和形貌采用X射線粉末衍射(XRD)、場(chǎng)發(fā)射掃描電鏡(FESEM)、高分辨透射電鏡(HRTEM)、紫外-可見漫反射光譜(DRS)、X射線光電子能譜(XPS)、N2吸附-脫附等,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)所得產(chǎn)物的組成、結(jié)構(gòu)及光學(xué)性質(zhì)等進(jìn)行表征。以染料羅丹明B(Rh B)水溶液和氣態(tài)乙醛作為降解對(duì)象,采用BiOI、ZnO/BiOI和ZnO微納材料作為光催化劑,通過對(duì)BiOI、ZnO/BiOI和ZnO微納材料在可見光下光催化降解染料羅丹明B(Rh B)水溶液和氣態(tài)乙醛,結(jié)果表明多孔微納材料的ZnO/BiOI具有更高的降解效率,實(shí)驗(yàn)表明多孔微納材料的ZnO/BiOI具有更高的氧空位濃度,因此使其催化活性增強(qiáng),討論了其可能的催化活性機(jī)理。
