高效液相色譜法分析株洲市中藥代煎質(zhì)量

【摘要】:目的:以經(jīng)典方劑四物湯為例,分析株洲市中藥代煎質(zhì)量。方法:隨機(jī)選取株洲市區(qū)23家能夠提供中藥代煎服務(wù)的藥房,對(duì)同一藥房的同批飲片進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)室規(guī)范煎煮(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)"自煎")和代煎。建立一種高效液相色譜法同時(shí)測(cè)定四物湯中5-羥甲基糠醛、芍藥苷、阿魏酸和藁本內(nèi)酯4種活性成分的含量。將23家藥房作為整體,通過(guò)獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn),考察同一活性成分在自煎和代煎條件下含量上的差異性。采用逼近于理想值的排序法(TOPSIS)對(duì)單一藥房?jī)煞N煎煮方式進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)分。結(jié)果:TOPSIS分析顯示,23家藥房中僅有2家代煎優(yōu)于自煎,占總量的8.70%。在整體水平上,5-羥甲基糠醛和芍藥苷在自煎、代煎結(jié)果上沒(méi)有顯著性差異。但阿魏酸和藁本內(nèi)酯自煎、代煎結(jié)果有顯著性差異。結(jié)論:株洲市中藥代煎質(zhì)量在整體上不如實(shí)驗(yàn)室規(guī)范煎煮,在個(gè)別有效成分溶出率上兩種煎煮方式有顯著性差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in Zhuzhou City by taking Siwu decoction as an example. Methods: 23 pharmacies which could provide traditional Chinese medicine decoction service in Zhuzhou city were randomly selected. The same batch of decoction pieces in the same pharmacy were cooked in laboratory standard (hereinafter referred to as "self-decoction") and substitute decoction. A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural, paeoniflorin, ferulic acid and ligustilide in Siwu decoction was established. 23 pharmacies were used as a whole to investigate the difference of the content of the same active ingredient between self-decoction and substitute decoction by independent sample t test. The sorting method (TOPSIS), which approximates the ideal value, is used to evaluate the two decoction methods in a single pharmacy. Results: TOPSIS analysis showed that only 2 of the 23 pharmacies were better than self-decoction, accounting for 8.70% of the total. On the whole level, there was no significant difference between 5-hydroxymethyl furfural and paeoniflorin in the results of self-decoction and substitution. However, there was significant difference between ferulic acid and ligustilide in self-decoction. Conclusion: the quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in Zhuzhou City is not as good as that in laboratory standard, and there is significant difference between the two decoction methods in the dissolution rate of individual effective components.
