熒光光譜法研究聚苯乙烯在良溶劑中的鏈構(gòu)象變化

【摘要】:本文用分子內(nèi)無(wú)輻射能量轉(zhuǎn)移熒光光譜法研究了聚苯乙烯在良溶劑二氯乙烷和十氫萘中從極稀溶液到亞濃溶液的鏈構(gòu)象轉(zhuǎn)變.對(duì)比了無(wú)輻射能量轉(zhuǎn)移熒光光譜法和聚苯乙烯激基締合物熒光光譜法在研究聚苯乙烯溶液中的檢測(cè)靈敏度差別,發(fā)現(xiàn)無(wú)輻射能量轉(zhuǎn)移熒光光譜法在研究高分子鏈的構(gòu)象轉(zhuǎn)變方面,較激基締合物熒光光譜法表現(xiàn)出更高的靈敏度和分辨率.無(wú)輻射能量轉(zhuǎn)移熒光光譜法研究表明,當(dāng)聚苯乙烯溶液濃度低于臨界交疊濃度(C~*)時(shí),隨著濃度的增加,鏈的構(gòu)象無(wú)明顯變化,在C~*之下不存在所謂的動(dòng)態(tài)接觸濃度;當(dāng)溶液濃度逐步提高,在預(yù)期的C~*區(qū)域內(nèi),熒光強(qiáng)度出現(xiàn)了明顯的轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn),該值與理論推算的C~*數(shù)值一致;而且當(dāng)濃度進(jìn)一步增加時(shí),在C~*以上,高分子鏈發(fā)生了顯著的塌縮行為.研究表明,分子內(nèi)無(wú)輻射能量轉(zhuǎn)移熒光光譜法可以靈敏地檢測(cè)C~*,而且C~*可以作為劃分高分子鏈在溶液中構(gòu)象轉(zhuǎn)變的臨界點(diǎn).
[Abstract]:In this paper, the chain conformational transition of polystyrene from extremely dilute solution to sub-concentrated solution in good solvents dichloroethane and decahydronaphthalene has been studied by intramolecular non-radiative energy transfer fluorescence spectroscopy. The difference of detection sensitivity between non-radiative energy transfer fluorescence spectroscopy and polystyrene excimer fluorescence spectroscopy in polystyrene solution was compared. it was found that non-radiative energy transfer fluorescence spectroscopy showed higher sensitivity and resolution than excimer fluorescence spectroscopy in studying the conformational transition of polymer chain.
