超聲頻率和液位對空化場的影響

【摘要】:空化效應是超聲在化學反應過程中發(fā)揮作用的主要原因,采用譜分析法衡量空化場強弱,引入標準差評價空化場的均勻程度,在標稱頻率20,k Hz和40,k Hz的清洗槽內(nèi),研究了超聲頻率和槽內(nèi)液位對空化場的影響效果.結果表明:超聲波換能器使用中存在頻率漂移現(xiàn)象,利用水聽器、示波器結合MATLAB軟件測量計算實際工作頻率分別為23.93,k Hz和42.72,k Hz;低頻時空化場的平均強度高,但高頻時空化場的均勻性更好;清洗槽內(nèi)存在諧振液位(30,mm、45,mm、60,mm、75,mm),在這些液位處空化強度和均勻性均較好.
[Abstract]:Cavitation effect is the main reason why ultrasound plays an important role in the process of chemical reaction. Spectral analysis method is used to measure the strength of cavitation field, and standard deviation is introduced to evaluate the uniformity of cavitation field. In the cleaning tank of nominal frequency 20, k Hz and 40, k Hz, The effects of ultrasonic frequency and liquid level in the tank on the cavitation field were studied. The results show that there is frequency drift in the use of ultrasonic transducer. The actual working frequency is 23.93, k Hz and 42.72, k Hz; measured by hydrophone, oscilloscope and MATLAB software, respectively. The average intensity of low frequency space-time field is high, but the uniformity of high frequency space-time field is better, and there is resonance liquid level in cleaning tank (30 mm, 45 mm, 60 mm, 75 mm, mm), and the cavitation intensity and uniformity are better at these liquid levels.
