【摘要】：目的:建立測定安神補腦液中防腐劑含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色譜法。色譜柱為Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18),流動相為乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脫),流速為1.0 mL/min,檢測波長為236 nm,柱溫為30℃,進樣量為10μL。結(jié)果:苯甲酸和羥苯乙酯檢測質(zhì)量濃度線性范圍分別為12.85～128.54μg/mL(r=0.999 9)、4.05～40.48μg/mL(r=0.999 8);定量限分別為0.514、1.012μg/mL,檢測限分別為0.171、0.353μg/mL;精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復(fù)性試驗的RSD1.0%;加樣回收率分別為99.38%～100.21%(RSD=0.31%,n=6)、97.96%～100.72%(RSD=0.91%,n=6)。結(jié)論:該方法操作簡單、結(jié)果準確,可用于安神補腦液中防腐劑的含量測定。
