【摘要】：嗎啡是從鴉片中分離得到的天然產(chǎn)物.因嗎啡及其類似物具有獨特的結(jié)構和有效的生物活性,合成化學家對其合成研究產(chǎn)生了高度的興趣.按合成嗎啡及其類似物的時間順序分類,對嗎啡類生物堿的合成研究進展進行了綜述.
[Abstract]:Morphine is a natural product isolated from opium. Due to the unique structure and effective biological activity of morphine and its analogues, synthetic chemists are interested in the synthesis of morphine and its analogues. In this paper, the synthesis of morphine alkaloids is reviewed according to the temporal order of morphine and its analogues.
