【摘要】：建立了同位素內(nèi)標(biāo)-液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜快速測(cè)定糧食及其制品中玉米赤霉烯酮(ZON)、雪腐鐮刀菌烯醇(NIV)、脫氧雪腐鐮刀菌烯醇(DON)及其衍生物3-乙�；撗跹└牭毒┐�(3-ACDON)和15-乙�；撗跹└牭毒┐�(15-ACDON)5種真菌毒素的分析方法。以乙腈-水(84∶16,v/v)為提取液,采用多功能凈化柱凈化,同位素內(nèi)標(biāo)法定量。5種真菌毒素在各自的線性范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)(r2)均大于0.99,檢出限(LOD,S/N=3)為5~20μg/kg。大麥、小麥、燕麥、玉米等9種代表性糧食及其制品在3個(gè)不同添加水平下的加標(biāo)回收率為84.2%~114.5%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)為0.4%~9.9%(n=6)。該法操作簡(jiǎn)單,成本低,準(zhǔn)確可靠,靈敏度高,可同時(shí)檢測(cè)糧食及其制品中的5種真菌毒素。
[Abstract]:A new isotope internal standard-liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed for the rapid determination of zearalenone (ZON), (NIV), in grain and its products. Methods for the determination of 5 mycotoxins of deoxynivalenol (DON) and its derivatives, 3-acetyl-deoxy-nivalenol (3-ACDON) and 15-acetyl-deoxy-nivalenol (15-ACDON). Acetonitrile-water (84 渭 16, vv) was used as the extractant, purified by multi-function purification column and quantified by isotope internal standard method. The linear range of the five mycotoxins was good, and the correlation coefficient (r 2) was more than 0.999, and the correlation coefficient (r 2) was higher than 0.999, and the correlation coefficient (r 2) was higher than 0.999. Detection limit (LOD,S/N=3) is 5 ~ 20 渭 g / kg. The recoveries of barley, wheat, oat and corn were 84.2% and 114.5% respectively, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.4% and 9.9% (n = 6). The method has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, accurate and reliable, high sensitivity, and can be used to detect 5 kinds of mycotoxins in grain and its products at the same time.
