呋喃稠環(huán)類共軛有機分子和聚合物研究進展

【摘要】:目前,噻吩稠環(huán)衍生物及相關(guān)共軛聚合物作為有機半導體材料已經(jīng)得到了較多的研究和應(yīng)用.呋喃作為一種與噻吩雜原子同主族的五元環(huán)體系,與噻吩具有類似的化學結(jié)構(gòu)和電子性質(zhì),但其具有芳香性更小、載流子遷移率高、熒光量子效率高和溶解性好的特點,得到了越來越多的研究和關(guān)注.本綜述介紹了呋喃稠環(huán)共軛有機分子與呋喃稠環(huán)共軛聚合物的合成方法、性質(zhì)及應(yīng)用.
[Abstract]:At present, thiophene ring derivatives and conjugated polymers have been studied and applied as organic semiconductor materials. As a quaternary ring system, furan has similar chemical structure and electronic properties to thiophene, but it has less aromaticity, higher carrier mobility, high fluorescence quantum efficiency and good solubility. Has got more and more research and attention. In this paper, the synthetic methods, properties and applications of furan polycyclic conjugated organic molecules and furan dense ring conjugated polymers are reviewed.
