快速分離富集火焰原子吸收測(cè)定大米中的痕量鎘

【摘要】:建立了流動(dòng)注射不等流速在線預(yù)富集與火焰原子吸收光譜聯(lián)用測(cè)定大米中痕量鎘的新方法。在樣品溶液流速不變的情況下,降低絡(luò)合劑流速,大大提高了吸附預(yù)富集效果;此外增加了剩余樣品溶液排空步驟,保證了每次試驗(yàn)的準(zhǔn)確性和重復(fù)性。在進(jìn)樣流速6.0 mL/min,進(jìn)樣時(shí)間60 s的條件下,測(cè)定15μg/L的鎘,流動(dòng)注射由傳統(tǒng)方法的9.0提高到14.7;檢出限(3σ)為0.68μg/L;測(cè)樣頻率為37/h;相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD,n=11)為2.3%。以體積分?jǐn)?shù)0.1‰的三乙醇胺(TEA)為掩蔽劑,大米中鎘的回收率為94.5%~97.8%。
[Abstract]:A new method for the on-line preconcentration of trace cadmium in rice by flow injection with unequal flow rate and flame atomic absorption spectrometry (Faas) was developed. Under the condition that the flow rate of the sample solution is constant, the adsorption preconcentration effect is greatly improved by decreasing the flow rate of the complex agent, and the emptying step of the remaining sample solution is added to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of each experiment. At the injection rate of 6.0 mL/min, for 60 s, the concentration of cadmium in 15 渭 g / L was increased from 9.0 to 14.7, the detection limit (3 蟽) was 0.68 渭 g / L, the sample frequency was 37 / h.
