酶催化聚合去除水中雙酚A的研究

【摘要】:該文對辣根過氧化物酶(HRP)催化聚合去除水中雙酚A(BPA)進行實驗研究,考察[H_2O_2]∶[BPA]摩爾比、酶活力和腐殖酸(HA)濃度對BPA去除的影響。結(jié)果表明,提高過氧化氫濃度和酶活力能夠提高BPA去除率,同時降低水中中間產(chǎn)物A的濃度。在[BPA]10 mg/L、[HRP]0.2 U/mL、[H_2O_2]∶[BPA]為1∶1,pH 7和25℃的條件下反應30 min,當水中存在2~10 mg/L HA情況下,BPA去除率從62.2%提高至90%以上。推測機理如下:加入適量的HA后,HA與BPA發(fā)生交叉偶聯(lián)反應,增大BPA去除率,當HA加入量過大后,HA可能發(fā)生自聚合反應,對BPA與HA交叉偶聯(lián)反應產(chǎn)生競爭作用。
[Abstract]:The effects of [H_2O_2]: [BPA] molar ratio, enzyme activity and (HA) concentration of humic acid on the removal of BPA from water by catalytic polymerization of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) with bisphenol A (BPA) were studied. The results showed that increasing the concentration of hydrogen peroxide and enzyme activity could increase the removal rate of BPA and decrease the concentration of intermediate product A in water.
