【摘要】：目的:建立同時(shí)測定羊蹄藥材中大黃素、大黃酚、大黃素甲醚含量的方法,并比較不同產(chǎn)地藥材各成分含量差異。方法:采用高效液相色譜法。色譜柱為Agilent C18,流動(dòng)相為甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脫),流速為1.0 ml/min,檢測波長為254 nm,柱溫為35℃,進(jìn)樣量為20μl。結(jié)果:大黃素、大黃酚、大黃素甲醚檢測質(zhì)量濃度線性范圍分別為2.04~24.48μg/ml(r=0.999 7)、2.00~24.00μg/ml(r=0.999 5)、1.02~12.24μg/ml(r=0.999 8);精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)的RSD2.0%;加樣回收率分別為97.09%~102.65%(RSD=1.79%,n=9)、97.10%~100.31%(RSD=0.97%,n=9)、95.45%~100.18%(RSD=1.45%,n=9)。結(jié)論:該方法檢測簡便,精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復(fù)性好,可用于羊蹄藥材中大黃素、大黃酚、大黃素甲醚含量的同時(shí)測定;不同產(chǎn)地藥材中各成分含量差異顯著。
