親水分子印跡整體樹脂制備及其在植物激素檢測中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:分析復(fù)雜基質(zhì)樣品中的痕量目標(biāo)藥物時,由于基質(zhì)組成的復(fù)雜性,需要對目標(biāo)藥物進(jìn)行預(yù)分離和富集后才能進(jìn)行檢測,因此,開發(fā)吸附容量高、傳質(zhì)速率快、特異選擇性強(qiáng)的吸附劑材料至關(guān)重要。分子印跡聚合物由于具有特異分子識別性和良好的穩(wěn)定性,廣泛應(yīng)用于藥物分析領(lǐng)域,但是目前仍存在水相識別性能較差、作用機(jī)制較單一和吸附劑顆粒填充不均勻影響萃取效率的問題。本文探索制備了親水分子印跡整體樹脂(hydrophilic molecularly imprinted monolithic resin,MIMR)和凹凸棒石/分子印跡整體樹脂復(fù)合材料(attapulgite/molecularly imprinted monolithic resin composite material,AT/MIMR)并將優(yōu)化后的MIMR和AT/MIMR作為固相萃取吸附劑,對豆芽和黃瓜中的痕量植物激素進(jìn)行萃取檢測。第一章,概述了分子印跡材料和整體材料的研究進(jìn)展,并重點(diǎn)介紹了基于親水樹脂的分子印跡材料和基于凹凸棒石的分子印跡材料的優(yōu)勢。第二章,采用原位聚合法制備了親水分子印跡三聚氰胺?尿素?甲醛整體樹脂,并對制備參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,將其作為固相萃取吸附劑,建立了準(zhǔn)確、快速、簡便的分析豆芽中植物激素的新方法。所建方法對豆芽中三種植物激素的檢測限(LOD,S/N=3)在0.001?0.008μg g?1之間,定量限(LOQ,S/N=10)在0.004?0.027μg g?1之間,在0.03?5.00μg g?1范圍內(nèi)該方法的線性相關(guān)性良好,其相關(guān)系數(shù)(r)≥0.9997。第三章,制備了凹凸棒石/分子印跡整體樹脂復(fù)合材料,考察了致孔劑種類以及凹凸棒石的摻雜質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)對材料吸附性能的影響,將其作為固相萃取吸附劑,實(shí)現(xiàn)了黃瓜中三種植物激素的檢測。所建方法對黃瓜中三種植物激素的檢測限(LOD,S/N=3)在0.4?0.5 ng g?1之間,定量限(LOQ,S/N=10)在1.2?1.6 ng g?1之間,日內(nèi)精密度在0.8%-2.7%之間,日間精密度在4.7%-7.8%之間。
[Abstract]:In the analysis of trace target drugs in complex matrix samples, due to the complexity of matrix composition, it is necessary to pre-separate and enrich the target drugs before they can be detected. Molecularly imprinted polymers are widely used in the field of drug analysis because of their special molecular recognition and good stability.
