硫酸特布他林在聚鉻黑T修飾電極上的電化學行為及其測定

【摘要】:采用電化學聚合法制備了聚鉻黑T膜修飾電極,應用掃描電鏡、交流阻抗法和循環(huán)伏安法對修飾電極進行表征,以循環(huán)伏安法研究硫酸特布他林在修飾電極上的電化學行為,并以差示脈沖伏安法對其含量進行測定.該方法對硫酸特布他林有明顯的電催化作用,在pH 7.0磷酸鹽緩沖液中,氧化峰電流與硫酸特布他林濃度在1.2×10~(-7)~2.0×10~(-6) mol·L~(-1)范圍內(nèi)呈良好的線性關系,檢測限為1.5×10~(-8)mol·L~(-1),回收率在97.9%~104.6%之間,RSD在2.8%(C=8×10~(-7)mol·L~(-1),n=11).該方法簡便靈敏,結果準確可靠,方法重復性好,可用于硫酸特布他林及其片劑的質量控制.
[Abstract]:The modified electrode was prepared by electrochemical polymerization. The modified electrode was characterized by SEM, AC impedance and cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical behavior of terbutaline sulfate on modified electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry. The content was determined by differential pulse voltammetry. The method has obvious electrocatalytic effect on terbutaline sulfate in pH 7.0 phosphate buffer. There was a good linear relationship between the oxidation peak current and the concentration of terbutaline sulfate in the range of 1.2 脳 10 ~ (-7) ~ 2.0 脳 10 ~ (-6) mol L ~ (-1). The detection limit was 1.5 脳 10 ~ (-8) mol L ~ (-1). The recovery was between 97.9% and 104.6%, and the RSD was 2.8% (CX 8 脳 10 ~ (-7) mol L ~ (-1), n ~ (11). The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of terbutaline sulfate and its tablets.
