高效液相色譜法測定大豆中六種異黃酮含量方法的改進

【摘要】:為探索大豆異黃酮乙醇提取液的高效液相色譜檢測方法,本研究按照改進后的色譜條件對分析方法學進行了評價。確定的色譜條件如下,流動相為0.1%乙酸-水溶液和0.1%乙酸-乙腈溶液,梯度洗脫;柱溫30℃;檢測波長260 nm;流速1.0 m L/min。六種大豆異黃酮線性范圍良好,決定系數(shù)R20.9993,回收率范圍99.62%~114.00%,相對標準偏差RSD范圍0.96%~7.99%。本試驗改進的檢測方法線性關系、精密度、穩(wěn)定性、準確度、靈敏度均較好,滿足分析方法學評價的要求及大豆中六種異黃酮單體檢測的要求,為改進大豆中異黃酮的檢測方法提供了參考。
