鹵化銨催化氧化磺酰亞胺為啞嗪的方法研究

【摘要】:首次系統(tǒng)地研究了鹵化銨催化的間氯過氧苯甲酸氧化磺酰亞胺為啞嗪的方法.四乙基鹵化銨(包括四乙基碘化銨及四乙基氯化銨)和四甲基鹵化銨(包括四甲基碘化銨、四甲基溴化銨、四甲基氯化銨)被首次應(yīng)用于催化氧化一系列磺酰亞胺為相應(yīng)的啞嗪,可獲得很高的產(chǎn)率.研究結(jié)果表明銨鹽上氮原子的取代基對反應(yīng)產(chǎn)率的影響是關(guān)鍵的,而鹵素離子的影響較小.為啞嗪的合成提供了一種高產(chǎn)率、簡便的方法.
[Abstract]:For the first time, the oxidation of sulfoimide with m-chloro-peroxy benzoic acid catalyzed by ammonium halide to dumazine was studied systematically for the first time. Tetraethyl ammonium halide (including tetraethyl ammonium iodide and tetraethyl ammonium chloride) and tetramethyl ammonium halide (including tetramethyl ammonium iodide, tetramethyl ammonium bromide, Tetramethylammonium chloride was first used to catalyze the oxidation of a series of sulfonimides to corresponding diazines, and a high yield was obtained. The results show that the effect of the substituents of nitrogen atoms on the yield of ammonium salts is crucial, but the effect of halogen ions is small. It provides a simple and convenient method for the synthesis of pyrazine.
