基于HPLC-ICP-MS聯(lián)用技術(shù)檢測(cè)海產(chǎn)品中的三丁基錫

【摘要】:采用超聲波輔助提取,結(jié)合HPLC-ICP-MS分析手段,分別以溫度、時(shí)間、提取劑用量為單因素研究其對(duì)萃取TBT的影響。以這3個(gè)因素做正交試驗(yàn),建立貽貝中三丁基錫測(cè)定的新方法。最優(yōu)條件為溫度35℃,時(shí)間30 min,萃取劑用量30 m L。以貽貝,大黃魚和蝦為典型代表物,在最佳條件測(cè)得三丁基錫回收率分別為90.55%,86.15%和88.25%。三丁基錫在0~100μg/L的濃度范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,其線性回歸方程y=3 857.0x-5 528.2,線性相關(guān)系數(shù)R=0.9990,儀器的檢測(cè)限為1μg/L。
