DNA調(diào)控的銀納米簇的合成及應(yīng)用進(jìn)展

【摘要】:熒光銀納米簇具有獨(dú)特的物理及化學(xué)性質(zhì),憑借合成簡便、熒光強(qiáng)度大、量子產(chǎn)率高、抗光漂白能力強(qiáng)、熒光發(fā)射波長可調(diào)及生物相容性好等優(yōu)勢,近年來在生物檢測、成像分析等領(lǐng)域受到了越來越廣泛的關(guān)注.文章基于DNA調(diào)控?zé)晒忏y納米簇的合成方法研究,綜述了關(guān)于DNA序列、長度、二級結(jié)構(gòu)等對銀納米簇?zé)晒庑再|(zhì)的影響規(guī)律,并詳細(xì)介紹熒光銀納米簇在分析檢測和生物成像應(yīng)用方面的最新進(jìn)展.相信隨著熒光納米簇材料的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢逐步凸顯,該領(lǐng)域的研究將吸引更廣泛的關(guān)注,并推動相關(guān)交叉學(xué)科的進(jìn)展.
[Abstract]:Due to its unique physical and chemical properties, fluorescent silver nanoclusters have many advantages such as simple synthesis, high fluorescence intensity, high quantum yield, strong photobleaching resistance, adjustable fluorescence emission wavelength and good biocompatibility. Imaging analysis and other fields have attracted more and more attention. Based on the synthesis of silver nanoclusters regulated by DNA, the effects of DNA sequence, length and secondary structure on the fluorescence properties of silver nanoclusters are reviewed. The latest development of fluorescent silver nanoclusters in analytical detection and bioimaging applications is also introduced in detail. It is believed that with the application advantages of fluorescent nanoclusters gradually prominent, the research in this field will attract more attention and promote the development of related interdisciplinary disciplines.
