磷鎢雜多酸類離子液體催化環(huán)戊烯選擇性氧化制備戊二醛

【摘要】:以H_2O_2為氧化劑,將一系列磷鎢雜多酸類離子液體用于催化環(huán)戊烯(CPE)選擇性氧化制備戊二醛(GA)反應(yīng),篩選出催化活性最高的催化劑為[π-C_5H_5NC_(16)H_(33)]_3PW_4O_(16).分別探討了溶劑種類、用量、催化劑用量、H_2O_2用量、反應(yīng)溫度和反應(yīng)時間等因素對反應(yīng)的影響.確定了優(yōu)化的反應(yīng)條件:5 mL乙酸乙酯,n(Cat.)∶n(H_2O_2)∶n(CPE)=0.03∶50∶33,35℃,18 h,環(huán)戊烯的轉(zhuǎn)化率達(dá)100%,戊二醛的選擇性達(dá)87%.催化劑[π-C_5H_5NC_(16)H_(33)]_3PW_4O_(16)循環(huán)使用7次后,戊二醛的選擇性仍保持在80%以上.
[Abstract]:Using H_2O_2 as oxidant, a series of phosphotungsten-heteropoly acid ionic liquids were used to catalyze the selective oxidation of cyclopentene (CPE) to glutaraldehyde (GA). The catalyst with the highest catalytic activity was [蟺 -C5H _ 5H _ (5H _ (16) H _ (33)] S _ 3PW4O _ (16). The effects of the kinds of solvents, the amount of catalyst, the amount of H _ 2O _ 2, the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the reaction were discussed.
