成核劑TMC-210對(duì)聚乳酸結(jié)晶及性能的影響

【摘要】:針對(duì)聚乳酸結(jié)晶速率慢和沖擊強(qiáng)度低的問(wèn)題,考察了熔融共混添加成核劑TMC-210對(duì)PLLA結(jié)晶、熔融行為和力學(xué)性能的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),純L-聚乳酸(PLLA)在10℃/min降溫過(guò)程中不結(jié)晶,當(dāng)TMC-210質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.2%時(shí),PLLA就能顯著結(jié)晶,并且隨著TMC-210含量的增加,結(jié)晶峰移向高溫。從等溫結(jié)晶結(jié)果看,TMC-210的添加使得PLLA結(jié)晶時(shí)間縮短,結(jié)晶速率加快。另外,PLLA的成核密度增加且球晶尺寸減小,同時(shí),TMC-210質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.2%時(shí),PLLA的沖擊強(qiáng)度提高了3.3倍。因此,添加TMC-210是一種能夠促進(jìn)PLLA結(jié)晶和增韌的有效成核劑。
