亞硝酸叔丁酯參與C—N鍵構建的研究進展

【摘要】:通過硝化反應構建C—N鍵是有機合成的一種重要策略.近年來,利用亞硝酸叔丁酯作為硝化試劑來合成含氮化合物引起化學家們的廣泛關注,并取得了諸多的研究進展.該方法反應條件溫和,反應區(qū)域選擇性好,為C—N鍵構建提供了一種綠色、高效的途徑.按反應底物類型的不同,對近年來亞硝酸叔丁酯參與C—N鍵構建的研究進展進行了綜述.
[Abstract]:The formation of C-N bond by nitrification is an important strategy for organic synthesis. In recent years, the use of tert-butyl nitrite as nitration reagent to synthesize nitrogen-containing compounds has attracted wide attention of chemists, and has made a lot of research progress. The reaction conditions are mild and the region selectivity is good, which provides a green and efficient way for C-N bond construction. The progress of tert-butyl nitrite in C-N bond construction in recent years was reviewed according to the type of substrate.
