羅丹明和香豆素類金屬離子熒光探針的合成及光譜性能研究

【摘要】:在生命體系中,金屬離子參與了各項生理和病理過程,金屬離子只能維持在一定的濃度才能保證正常的生命活動。為了更好的研究其生理和病理上的作用及影響。發(fā)展高效的金屬離子檢測方法具有重要的意義。本論文基于羅丹明及香豆素為母體設計并合成了四種陽離子檢測的熒光探針,用于檢測汞離子和鋁離子。簡述了熒光探針定義,結構以及設計原理,概述了常見的幾類陽離子熒光探針的研究進展。利用羅丹明B類衍生物螺內(nèi)酯胺結構開環(huán)導致顏色和光譜特性發(fā)生改變的特征,我們設計并合成了以羅丹明B為母體,分別于W醛、2-氯-3-羥基亞甲基-環(huán)己-1-烯甲醛、對羥基苯甲醛反應,合成了三種汞離子熒光增強型探針L1、F1、Z1。對其紫外及熒光光譜性質進行了研究,表明這三種探針對Hg2+有較好的選擇性和靈敏度,并且分別探究了三種探針與汞離子的作用機理。利用香豆素衍生物含有較多的氮原子能和金屬離子發(fā)生絡合的特性,設計了香豆素為母體的熒光探針J1,通過紅外光譜、質譜、1H NMR、13CNMR等手段對該香豆素類熒光化合物進行表征;并對其光譜性質進行了探究,表明該探針對鋁離子有較好的選擇性和靈敏度,并且分別探究了三種探針與鋁離子的作用機理。
[Abstract]:Metal ions participate in various physiological and pathological processes in life system. Metal ions can only be maintained at a certain concentration to ensure normal life activities. In order to better study its physiological and pathological effects and effects. It is of great significance to develop efficient methods for metal ion detection. In this paper, four cationic fluorescent probes were designed and synthesized based on rhodamine and coumarin for the detection of mercury and aluminum ions. In this paper, the definition, structure and design principle of fluorescence probe are briefly introduced, and the research progress of several kinds of cationic fluorescent probes are summarized. Using the structure opening of spironolactone amine, a derivative of rhodamine B, which leads to changes in color and spectral characteristics, we have designed and synthesized rhodamine B as matrix, which was synthesized from 2-chloro-3-hydroxy methylene cyclohexene 1-olefin, respectively. Three kinds of mercury ion fluorescence enhanced probes L _ (1) F _ (1) O _ (1) Z _ (1) were synthesized by the reaction of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (p-hydroxybenzaldehyde). The UV and fluorescence spectra of these probes were studied. The results showed that the three probes had good selectivity and sensitivity to Hg _ 2, and the interaction mechanism between the three probes and Hg ~ (2 +) was also investigated. Based on the complexation of coumarin derivatives containing more nitrogen, atomic energy and metal ions, a coumarin fluorescence probe J1 was designed. The coumarin fluorescent compound was characterized by IR, MS, 1H NMR13CNMR and so on. The spectral properties of the probe were investigated. The results show that the probe has good selectivity and sensitivity to aluminum ions and the mechanism of the interaction between the three probes and aluminum ions is explored respectively.
