利用拉曼光譜研究助熔劑對(duì)煤灰礦物轉(zhuǎn)化行為影響

【摘要】:在還原性氣氛下,利用拉曼光譜研究添加不同助熔劑對(duì)高灰熔點(diǎn)煤灰的礦物轉(zhuǎn)化行為的影響。結(jié)合X射線衍射(XRD)的表征,分析了助熔劑對(duì)煤灰渣礦物轉(zhuǎn)化的作用。結(jié)果表明,1000℃時(shí)ZJX煤灰渣的拉曼特征峰多且復(fù)雜,而隨著溫度自1200℃升高到1500℃,煤灰渣中的鈣長(zhǎng)石、石英、鎂橄欖石等多種礦物逐漸形成了共熔礦物,非晶態(tài)礦物含量增加,導(dǎo)致拉曼特征峰明顯變少。添加6%單鈣基助熔劑時(shí),煤灰渣在1421℃時(shí)形成共熔物;添加6%單鎂基助熔劑在1355℃時(shí)形成共熔物;煤灰添加鈣鎂復(fù)配(W_(CaO)∶W_(MgO)=1)助熔劑在1290℃時(shí)就已經(jīng)形成共熔物,所以鈣鎂助熔劑復(fù)配對(duì)共熔礦物的形成有促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:In a reductive atmosphere, the effects of different fluxes on the mineral transformation behavior of ash with high ash melting point were studied by Raman spectroscopy. Combined with X-ray diffraction (XRD) characterization, the effect of flux on the transformation of coal ash and slag minerals was analyzed.
