【摘要】：目的:建立反相高效液相色譜法同時(shí)測(cè)定茵陳蒿湯(茵陳、梔子、大黃)中濱蒿內(nèi)酯、兒茶素、綠原酸、東莨菪內(nèi)酯、金絲桃苷、秦皮乙素、京尼平苷、槲皮素、京尼平、大黃酸、蘆薈大黃素、大黃酚、大黃素、大黃素甲醚的含量。方法:采用Eclipse Plus C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色譜柱,以乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B)為流動(dòng)相,梯度洗脫,流速1.0mL·min~(-1),柱溫30℃,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)210 nm(兒茶素、綠原酸、秦皮乙素、京尼平、東莨菪內(nèi)酯、濱蒿內(nèi)酯、槲皮素)、238 nm(京尼平苷、金絲桃苷)、254 nm(蘆薈大黃素、大黃酸、大黃素、大黃酚、大黃素甲醚),進(jìn)樣量25μL。結(jié)果:14個(gè)成分可實(shí)現(xiàn)完全分離,在一定的線性范圍內(nèi)呈良好的線性關(guān)系(r0.999 8)、精密度(RSD≤2.0%)、穩(wěn)定性(RSD≤1.9%)和重復(fù)性(RSD≤1.8%)良好,平均回收率(n=6)在94.4%~98.0%范圍內(nèi),RSD在0.86%~2.8%范圍內(nèi)。3批茵陳蒿湯中濱蒿內(nèi)酯、兒茶素、綠原酸、東莨菪內(nèi)酯、金絲桃苷、秦皮乙素、京尼平苷、槲皮素、京尼平、大黃酸、蘆薈大黃素、大黃酚、大黃素、大黃素甲醚14個(gè)成分的含量測(cè)定結(jié)果分別為0.136~0.168、0.080~0.104、0.403~0.470、0.008~0.009、0.061~0.068、0.020~0.027、0.269~0.306、0.036~0.048、0.005~0.006、0.122~0.164、0.037~0.044、0.030~0.037、0.011~0.014、0.007~0.010 mg·g~(-1)。結(jié)論:該方法經(jīng)方法學(xué)驗(yàn)證,可用于茵陳蒿湯中14個(gè)化學(xué)成分的含量測(cè)定。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a reversed-phase HPLC method for simultaneous determination of artemisine, catechin, chlorogenic acid, scopolamine, Hyperoside, anoin, geniposide, quercetin, genipin, rhein, aloe emodin, chrysophanol, emodin and emodin methyl ether by Eclipse Plus C_ (18 ) (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 mu m) column with acetonitrile (A) -0.1% phosphoric acid solution (B) as mobile phase, gradient elution, flow rate 1.0mL min~ (-1), column temperature 30 C, detection wavelength 210 nm (catechin, chlorogenic acid, kinein, genipin, scopolamine, artemisine, quercetin), 238 nm (geniposide, Hyperoside), 254 nm (aloe emodin, rhein, rhein, big. Lutein, chrysophanol, emodin methyl ether (25) L. results: 14 components can be separated completely, in a certain linear range, a good linear relationship (r0.999 8), precision (RSD < 2%), stability (RSD < 1.9%) and repeatability (RSD < 1.8%) are good. The average recovery rate (n=6) is within the 94.4%~98.0% range, RSD is in 0.86%~2.8% range.3 batch. Artemisate, catechin, chlorogenic acid, scopolamine, Hyperoside, echinoside, geniposide, quercetin, genipin, rhein, aloe emodin, chrysophanol, emodin and emodin methyl ether were determined by 0.136~0.168,0.080~0.104,0.403~0.470,0.008~0.009,0.061~0.068,0.020~0.027,0.. The content of 14 components in the decoction of Artemisia artemisinin, chlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, Hyperoside, 269~0.306,0.036~0.048,0.005~0.006,0.122~0.164,0.037~0.044,0.030~0.037,0.011~0.014,0.007~0.010 mg. G~ (-1). Conclusion: the method can be used to determine the content of 14 chemical components in the decoction of Artemisia Artemisia.
