生物膜層干涉技術(shù)在生物分子分析和檢測(cè)中應(yīng)用的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:生物膜層干涉技術(shù)是基于光干涉信號(hào)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)生物分子動(dòng)力學(xué)分析或快速檢測(cè)的非標(biāo)記分析檢測(cè)技術(shù)。因具有實(shí)時(shí)提供分析物信息、分析速度快和樣品耗量少等優(yōu)點(diǎn),該技術(shù)已被應(yīng)用于蛋白質(zhì)、核酸、脂質(zhì)、糖類及其他生物分子之間相互作用的分析;所需樣品量少、特異性強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)也為該技術(shù)應(yīng)用于快速檢測(cè)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。該文介紹了生物膜層干涉技術(shù)的基本原理,綜述了其在動(dòng)力學(xué)分析和快速檢測(cè)領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)應(yīng)用研究,并對(duì)其發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和應(yīng)用前景進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Biofilm interferometry is a non-marker analysis and detection technique for biomolecular dynamics analysis or rapid detection based on optical interference signals. Because of its advantages of providing real-time analysis information, fast analysis speed and low sample consumption, the technology has been applied to the analysis of interactions between proteins, nucleic acids, lipids, sugars and other biomolecules. The advantages of strong specificity also laid a foundation for the application of this technique in rapid detection. In this paper, the basic principle of biofilm interferometry is introduced, and its application in the field of kinetic analysis and rapid detection is reviewed. The development trend and application prospect of biofilm interferometry are also prospected.
