【摘要】：正磷酸氫鈣作為一種添加劑廣泛應(yīng)用于食品、飼料等行業(yè),在飼料加工中作為磷、鈣的補(bǔ)充劑[1],可以防治家畜的佝僂病、軟骨病及貧血癥等各種疾病[2]。飼料級(jí)磷酸氫鈣中鈣的含量是影響動(dòng)物骨骼能否正常發(fā)育的重要指標(biāo)。傳統(tǒng)測(cè)定飼料級(jí)磷酸氫鈣中鈣含量的方法主要是乙二胺四乙酸二鈉(EDTA)絡(luò)合滴定法[3],還有電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法、高錳酸鉀法和一些創(chuàng)新型化學(xué)滴定
[Abstract]:Calcium dihydrogen phosphate as a kind of additive is widely used in food, feed and other industries. As a supplement of phosphorus and calcium in feed processing, [1] can prevent and control rickets of domestic animals, osteosalcia and anemia and other diseases, such as [2]. calcium phosphate in feed grade calcium hydrogen phosphate, which is an important indicator of the normal development of animal bones. The content of calcium in calcium hydrogen phosphate is mainly EDTA (EDTA) complex titration method [3], inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry, Potassium Permanganate method and some innovative chemical titration.
