蘋果可溶性固形物便攜式檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為實(shí)現(xiàn)蘋果可溶性固形物的便攜式快速檢測(cè),搭建了以STS光譜儀和自制樣品杯作為光譜檢測(cè)裝置的蘋果可溶性固形物便攜式檢測(cè)平臺(tái)。采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的檢測(cè)平臺(tái)采集了蘋果的近紅外漫反射光譜,對(duì)比分析了不同的光照角度、光源與探頭距離對(duì)光譜響應(yīng)特性的影響,建立了蘋果可溶性固形物偏最小二乘模型(PLS)和最小二乘支持向量機(jī)模型(LS-SVM),采用連續(xù)投影算法及主成分分分析法對(duì)最小二乘支持向量機(jī)模型進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,并對(duì)比分析了兩種檢測(cè)模型的優(yōu)劣。其中當(dāng)光源距探頭距離為15mm光源角度為45°時(shí),結(jié)合偏最小二乘法建立蘋果的可溶性固形物定量檢測(cè)模型精度最高。模型的預(yù)測(cè)集相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.924,預(yù)測(cè)均方根誤差為0.334%。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用四周照射、底部接收并結(jié)合避光圈的這種結(jié)構(gòu)布置能夠有效的克服雜散光現(xiàn)象并且提高了光譜中的有效信息。研究可為快速、便攜的蘋果可溶性固形物檢測(cè)儀器的設(shè)計(jì)提供參考依據(jù)和理論支撐。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the portable and rapid detection of the soluble solids of apple, a portable detection platform for soluble solids of apple was set up with STS spectrometer and self-made sample cup as the spectral detection device. The near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectra of apple were collected by using the self-designed detection platform. The effects of different illumination angles, the distance between the light source and the probe on the spectral response characteristics were compared and analyzed. The partial least squares (PLS) and least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) models of apple soluble solids were established. The model was optimized by continuous projection algorithm and principal analysis method. The advantages and disadvantages of the two detection models are compared and analyzed. When the distance from the light source to the probe is 45 擄for the 15mm light source, the accuracy of the quantitative detection model of soluble solids in apple is the highest with the partial least square method. The correlation coefficient of prediction set is 0.924, and the root mean square error of prediction is 0.334. The experimental results show that the structure arrangement with four directions, bottom receiving and avoiding ring can effectively overcome the stray light phenomenon and improve the effective information in the spectrum. The research can provide a reference and theoretical support for the design of a fast and portable apple soluble solids detection instrument.
