【摘要】：雜環(huán)化合物往往具有廣譜生物活性,大多數(shù)農(nóng)藥都具有雜環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)。吡唑酰胺類(lèi)化合物由于其高效的生物活性而引起農(nóng)藥界人士的關(guān)注。在各類(lèi)吡唑酰胺類(lèi)化合物中,氯蟲(chóng)苯甲酰胺以其高效的殺蟲(chóng)活性、超長(zhǎng)的持效期和對(duì)環(huán)境友好等特點(diǎn),成為近年來(lái)農(nóng)藥關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)之一。以氯蟲(chóng)苯甲酰胺為母體,將雜環(huán)引入結(jié)構(gòu)中進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)改造,成為各大公司研究的熱點(diǎn),得到了一系列結(jié)構(gòu)新穎并具有生物活性的化合物。本文通過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn)資料,對(duì)氯蟲(chóng)苯甲酰胺結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行三個(gè)位點(diǎn)的改造,主要在三號(hào)位點(diǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)中引入雜環(huán),合成了一系列未見(jiàn)報(bào)道的新型殺蟲(chóng)劑。氯蟲(chóng)苯甲酰胺結(jié)構(gòu)式以及改造后的新化合物結(jié)構(gòu)式如下:本文設(shè)計(jì)合成了三個(gè)系列新型化合物:(1)含噻二唑吡唑酰胺類(lèi),(2)含VA二唑吡唑酰胺類(lèi),(3)含氨基吡啶吡唑酰胺類(lèi)。對(duì)合成的新化合物通過(guò)核磁共振譜驗(yàn)證其結(jié)構(gòu),測(cè)試了殺蟲(chóng)活性,對(duì)生物活性?xún)?yōu)異的部分化合物進(jìn)行了合成工藝的優(yōu)化改進(jìn)。三個(gè)系列新化合物結(jié)構(gòu)式如下:
[Abstract]:Heterocyclic compounds often have broad-spectrum biological activity and most pesticides have heterocyclic structures. Pyrazolamide compounds have attracted much attention due to their high bioactivity. Among all kinds of pyrazolamide, chloramides have become one of the focuses of pesticide research in recent years because of their high insecticidal activity, long duration and environmental friendliness. A series of novel and bioactive compounds were obtained by introducing heterocycles into the structure of chloramides as the parent for structural modification. In this paper, the structure of chlorfenzoate benzoamide was modified with three sites by consulting literature. Heterocycles were introduced into the structure of site 3, and a series of new insecticides were synthesized. The structure formula of chlorobenzamide and the modified new compounds are as follows: in this paper, three series of novel compounds were designed and synthesized, including thiadiazolopyrazolamide (2) containing VA diazopyrazolamide (3) containing aminopyridine pyrazolamide. The structure of the new compounds was verified by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and the insecticidal activity was tested. Some of the compounds with excellent biological activity were optimized and improved. Three series of new compounds are structured as follows:
