【摘要】:時(shí)間分辨熒光技術(shù)是一種較新的檢測(cè)技術(shù),在食品品質(zhì)檢測(cè)領(lǐng)域有諸多應(yīng)用。本文簡(jiǎn)述了時(shí)間分辨熒光技術(shù)的基本原理及特點(diǎn),指出該技術(shù)進(jìn)行的是熒光發(fā)射的動(dòng)態(tài)性測(cè)量,可以獲得熒光發(fā)射過(guò)程的細(xì)節(jié)信息。在此基礎(chǔ)上綜述了時(shí)間分辨熒光技術(shù)在食品品質(zhì)分析中的應(yīng)用,并提出其在食用植物油品質(zhì)分析中的應(yīng)用方案,最后展望了時(shí)間分辨熒光技術(shù)在食品品質(zhì)檢測(cè)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Time-resolved fluorescence (TRF) is a new detection technique and has many applications in the field of food quality detection. In this paper, the basic principle and characteristics of time-resolved fluorescence technique are briefly described. It is pointed out that the technique is a dynamic measurement of fluorescence emission, and the detailed information of the fluorescence emission process can be obtained. On this basis, the application of time-resolved fluorescence technique in food quality analysis was reviewed, and its application scheme in food vegetable oil quality analysis was put forward. Finally, the application prospect of time-resolved fluorescence technology in food quality detection was prospected.
