【摘要】：在本征鐵彈相變的軟模理論的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)彈性本構(gòu)關(guān)系和居里原理,給出了立方晶系晶體所有可能的自發(fā)應(yīng)變的種類,研究了立方晶系晶體本征鐵彈相變序參量的選取問題。以Th群和Oh群為例,闡明了不同類的序參量導(dǎo)致晶體對稱性變化相同的的原因,提出了該情況下序參量選取的"就少不就多"的原則。得到了發(fā)生本征鐵彈相變時所有可能的序參量及晶體的對稱性的變化。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the soft mode theory of intrinsic ferroelastic phase transition, according to the elastic constitutive relation and Curie principle, all possible spontaneous strain types of cubic system crystal are given, and the selection of intrinsic ferroelastic transformation order parameters of cubic system crystal is studied. Taking Th group and Oh group as examples, this paper illustrates the reason why different order parameters lead to the same crystal symmetry change, and puts forward the principle of "less order parameter is more than more" in this case. All the possible order parameters and the symmetry of the crystal are obtained when the intrinsic ferroelastic phase transition occurs.
