不同接枝度的十八硫醇化聚氯乙烯梳狀聚合物的結構和性能

【摘要】:通過親核取代反應,制備了一系列不同接枝率的十八硫醇(C_(18)H_(37)SH)接枝改性聚氯乙烯(PVC)(記作PVCS18).通過傅立葉變換紅外光譜(FTIR)、核磁共振氫譜(1H-NMR)、示差掃描量熱儀(DSC)、熱重分析(TG)和X射線衍射(XRD)對PVCS18的結構、相變行為、熱穩(wěn)定性和熱能行為進行了研究.結果表明,隨十八硫醇鈉(C_(18)H_(37)SNa)投料的增加,PVCS18接枝率增加,最高達到50.2%.PVCS18相轉變的出現(xiàn),主要是接枝的十八烷基鏈段貢獻的.隨接枝率由8.5%增加到50.2%,相轉變溫度由61.7℃升高到66.3℃,熱焓值由5.3 k J/mol提高到50.9 k J/mol,結晶碳原子數(shù)從1.4增加到13.8.主側鏈間連接鍵的極性和基團大小明顯影響側鏈烷基的結晶能力及可結晶碳原子數(shù)目.PVCS18的熱穩(wěn)定性較PVC的沒有明顯熱損失行為出現(xiàn),該材料可在較高的溫度下加工使用.
