福林酚比色法測(cè)定酸漿宿萼中總多酚含量

【摘要】:優(yōu)化福林酚法測(cè)定酸漿宿萼總多酚含量的條件,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明:樣本0.5 mL,福林酚用量1.0 mL,10%Na_2CO_3用量8 mL,當(dāng)反應(yīng)時(shí)間為2.5 h,反應(yīng)溫度為20℃,在波長(zhǎng)760 nm處測(cè)定時(shí),總多酚的含量與吸光度呈良好的線性關(guān)系,該方法操作簡(jiǎn)便、靈敏度高、精密度高,穩(wěn)定性好,適宜酸漿宿萼總多酚含量的測(cè)定。
